Microsoft Edge Dev adds keyboard shortcut for toggling between horizontal and vertical tabs

A new update rolled out recently for Microsoft Edge Dev. It brings a handful of new features, including a new keyboard shortcut for toggling betwixt horizontal and vertical tabs.
